The Client Relationship will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement :  Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Communication :  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Account Management :  Monitor client accounts, ensuring they receive appropriate services and support.
  • Feedback Collection :  Gather client feedback and insights to improve services and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration :  Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to align client needs with company offerings.
  • Reporting :  Prepare and present regular reports on client status, engagement metrics, and growth opportunities.
  • Strategy Development :  Assist in developing strategies to enhance client relationships and drive retention.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
