Description
Responsible for the smooth running of the finance and accounting functions of the OSK Group of Companies that is assigned
Tasks & Responsibilities
A) Acceptance of Invoice Submission by Purchasing Dept
1. To acknowledge invoice submitted by purchasing dept using workflow in Remicle system
B) Payment to Trade Suppliers
1. To key supplier invoices in IFCA system, ensuring all invoices are properly matched by purchasing dept.
2. Issue Debit Note (DN) for material purchase on behalf (POB) to subcontractors
3. Prepare Payment
C) Payment to Workers
1. Casting check on workers attendance and verify the rate submitted by site and contract dept
2. Prepare Worker Wage Payment
D) Process Site Petty Cash
E) Bank Reconciliation
F) To assist & support team members for any Ad-Hoc task assigned by superior
