Who We’re Looking For -Proven sales record with prior sales experience (1-5 years of sales experience) or a fresh graduate eager to start a career in sales -Highly driven individuals who want to win and be part of a growing, ambitious team -Ready and motivated to handle high-volume outbound calls and cold outreach -Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability -Believes in and understands the value and vision of our product, Hiredly.com as a hiring solution What You’ll Do -Connect with potential companies through outbound sales -Generate leads through high-volume outbound calls and cold calling -Help employers understand what makes Hiredly.com stand out as a hiring platform -Drive sales growth by generating and qualifying B2B leads via calls, emails, and virtual meetings -Understand client needs and strategically propose tailored solutions -Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to company revenue growth -Deliver exceptional service by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring a smooth client experience You'll receive a Basic Salary + Monthly Commission
