Your Contribution
- Responsible for developing and optimizing new process flows for optical component products.
- Develop the Process Control Plan and IPQC test plan in collaboration with process engineers.
- Design experiments (DoE) and analyze results using statistical software to improve assembly yield.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product Engineering, Process Development, Modeling, Yield Enhancement, Failure Analysis, and Quality teams to resolve issues.
- Summarize complex problems, develop action plans, and build consensus to drive solutions.
- Define and meet project milestones within overall program timelines.
- Work closely with Manufacturing during the transfer of new products and technologies from R&D to production.
Your Profile
Extensive knowledge of high-volume manufacturing processes in semiconductor or optical component industries.Understanding of process integration and optical device physics.Proficiency in data analysis, DOE, and statistical techniques.Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills.Target-driven with high execution focus.Minimum 5 years of experience in process integration within the semiconductor or optical industry.BSc / MSC / PhD in Mechatronics, Electronic Engineering, Photonics, Physics, or Optics.Your Benefits
