About us

Your Contribution

Responsible for developing and optimizing new process flows for optical component products.
Develop the Process Control Plan and IPQC test plan in collaboration with process engineers.
Design experiments (DoE) and analyze results using statistical software to improve assembly yield.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product Engineering, Process Development, Modeling, Yield Enhancement, Failure Analysis, and Quality teams to resolve issues.
Summarize complex problems, develop action plans, and build consensus to drive solutions.
Define and meet project milestones within overall program timelines.
Work closely with Manufacturing during the transfer of new products and technologies from R&D to production.

Your Profile

Extensive knowledge of high-volume manufacturing processes in semiconductor or optical component industries.

Understanding of process integration and optical device physics.

Proficiency in data analysis, DOE, and statistical techniques.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills.

Target-driven with high execution focus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in process integration within the semiconductor or optical industry.

BSc / MSC / PhD in Mechatronics, Electronic Engineering, Photonics, Physics, or Optics.
