Job descriptionFor Malaysia Citizen and PR Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field recognised by JPA, DOSH, MQA Valid Safety and Health Officer (SHO) certification recognised in Malaysia At least 2 years of experience in safety management, preferably in security or protection services Attended recognised safety and health courses and passed the National Institute of Safety and Health SHO examination, then acquire three years of experience in OSH, and pass an interview by the Malaysian Department of Occupational Safety and Health Good understanding of Malaysian safety laws and regulations Excellent communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities
- Conduct safety inspections and hazard assessments across sites
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian OSHA regulations and internal safety standards
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for staff
- Investigate safety incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain safety documentation and reporting
- Comply with ISOs 9001, 14001 and 45001
