Marketing and Communications Manager

Job Summary

The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, brand communications, and promotional activities to enhance the hotel's visibility, drive revenue, and strengthen market positioning. This role manages advertising, digital marketing, public relations, media partnerships, and ensures brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Branding

• Develop and implement the hotel's annual marketing and communications plan.
• Ensure brand standards are consistently applied across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all advertising campaigns, promotions, and marketing events.
• Produce creative content (brochures, flyers, videos, social media posts) in line with brand identity.
