REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Petroleum Engineering or related background.
- At least five (5) years project management experience in Oil & Gas industry. Preferably in offshore construction & installation operation.
- Good command in Mandarin speaker is a must.
- Established capability to lead team, and able to supervise a group of multiple projects.
- Good interpersonal skill and able to work independently with good reporting to superior.
- Knowledge of MS Office Software (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & etc.)
- Self-motivated, responsible, persistence and able to work under pressure.
- Play pro-active role in planning and managing projects, could make fast and effective decision.
AUTHORITIES
To verify and approve costing related matters with regards to project budget, ensuring all costings are within budget.To delegate and coordinate tasks to other departments( logistics, warehouse, equipment etc) ensuring all depts are working in line with projects targetsTo approve mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel and equipment to project.To assign projects to project engineers.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for project's planning and scheduling and ensure effectiveness in managing a group of multiple projects.Lead a group of project engineers and provide appropriate guidance to improve project performance, identify and eliminate potential problems.Check thoroughly all technical, commercial and contractual documents to ensure full compliance with project's specifications & requirements.Appropriate checking & review of all the procedures, reports, Variation / Change Orders, invoices and any other documents before release for submission to client.Monitor project's budget and ensure all invoices have completed with supporting documents and submit to client on time without any omitted invoices.Oversee and track overall project's execution progress and ensure all the importance timelines / milestones are compliance with project requirements & schedule.Interface with other departments PIC / HOD to resolve any potential / current problems or delay issues which will impact to project's schedule.Monitor project audit (internal & external) and resolve all aspect of QMS issues with QA personnel. (NCR, Observation, UCUQ, QIR, Quality Improvement Action list & etc).Implement new policies / systems / tasks assigned by superior / management, and feedback to superior / management in term of results, effectiveness, difficulties, recommendations and improvement plans.Report to superior in timely manner for project's progress status, potential / critical issues, problems, risks and completed activities / milestones.Job Type : Full-time
