Our client—a renowned, diversified group with global operations across six continents in industries such as Plantation, Properties, Hospitality, Logistics, Food & agribusiness, Maritime, and Digital Infrastructure—is currently seeking a talented and driven Assistant Finance Manager to join their Plantation Division in Indonesia. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Finance & Accounting department
• Prepare monthly / yearly financial statements and reports in accordance with statutory requirements
• Coordinate and ensure timely completion of statutory audits
• Ensure strict compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting standards
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team
