Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly-motivated Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager to join a leading property group. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of financial management tasks, from month-end closing to statutory reporting. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the company’s financial success.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the month‑end closing process and prepare consolidated financial reports in accordance with current accounting standards.
• Support the preparation of quarterly financial statements for public dissemination and board‑level review.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, budget preparation, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit and the preparation of the company’s annual report.
• Assist in tax‑related matters, including preparing tax estimates and working with tax agents for statutory submissions.
• Handle additional ad‑hoc financial and accounting duties as required.
