Accounts Executive (Full Set)

Working Days : Monday to Friday
Working Hours : 9.15 AM – 6.00 PM
Salary Range : RM4,000 – RM6,000
Allowance : Meal allowance provided

Job Responsibilities

Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial statements and management reports for review by senior management.

Oversee cash flow management and perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

Coordinate and support annual audits, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.

Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date accounting filing system for efficient record management.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing a full set of accounts.

Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written) — required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Dynamod .

Demonstrates strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and a high level of integrity.

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
