• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience (fresh grads encouraged to apply)
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Willing to travel and relocation
• Able to communicate in Mandarin; will be an added advantage
