What You’ll Do typically includes the following responsibilities :

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities — from planning and scheduling to execution and reporting.
• Be the bridge between clients, engineers, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Prepare project documentation — reports, work packs, permits, and compliance records (ISO 9001).
• Track timelines, monitor risks, and ensure each job meets quality, safety, and maritime standards.
• Support manpower allocation, logistics coordination, and material readiness for local and overseas jobs.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure every task meets HSE and quality assurance policies.
