Warehouse Executive

Job descriptionTo manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff to support daily operation activities, ensuring effective distribution and inventory system. Plan, organize and manage warehouse systems and activities, monitor and control on all incoming and outgoing delivery. Optimise warehouse space, planning, and organizing day-to-day inventory and control process to ensure smooth operations. Maintain high level of safety and housekeeping Ensure compliance to food safety standards. Train, motivate and develop staff to achieve departmental KPIs. Maintain warehouse facilities and equipment at a high state of readiness. Manage timely inventory updates, FIFO, cycle counting and stock accuracy. Analyse inventory data and produce accurate and timely reports. To perform any other task as assigned by superior from time to time. Degree in Logistics and Transportation, Business Administrations or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations with experience in supervising warehouse team. Positive work attitude, willing to learn. Team player, able to work independently.

- overseeing daily warehouse operations
- optimise efficient workflows, layout and warehouse space utilisation
- ensure workplace safety and good housekeeping practise (GMP)
- lead the team on process and procedure improvement.
