Full-Time Role Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our facility management and energy services team. The role covers servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems such as Air Handling Units (AHUs), chillers, condenser tubes, hot water systems, and related mechanical / electrical equipment. The technician must also prepare service reports and records using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Key Responsibilities Perform service, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on HVAC systems (AHUs, chillers, cooling towers, hot water systems, pumps). Conduct condenser tube cleaning, coil servicing, filter replacement, balancing, and calibration. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults to restore optimal system performance. Maintain service logs, inspection records, and reports using Microsoft Office. Support energy efficiency and reliability improvements. Assist with inspections, audits, and retrofits. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies. Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Requirements Education : Polytechnic, Diploma, or TVET in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field. Experience : 2–3 years in HVAC service / maintenance preferred. Technical Skills : Knowledge of AHUs, chillers, hot water systems, pumps; ability to read manuals, drawings, schematics; use HVAC tools safely. Digital Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation. Physical : Able to work in plant rooms, rooftops, and hospital / commercial settings.
