Job description

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Finance or Accountancy or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be able to communicate (read and write) Mandarin and English, as the job requires the candidates to to liaise with clients from China.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software.
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and strong time management such as meet deadlines and target

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts for assigned clients, including cash flow and financial reports.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
  • Participate in various projects and portfolio management tasks both independently and as part of a team.
  • Processing payroll and ensure accurate employee payment.
  • Liaise with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders effectively.
  • Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.
