Penerangan pekerjaanPrepare and maintain full sets of accounts for assigned clients, including cash flow and financial reports. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently. Participate in various projects and portfolio management tasks both independently and as part of a team. Processing payroll and ensure accurate employee payment. Liaise with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders effectively. Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices. EPF / SOCSO Flexible working hour (8-5, 9-6, 10-7) Leave work an hour early every Friday. Get one remote work day each month Monthly parking allowance Allowance Provided EPF / SOCSO / PCB
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Finance or Accountancy or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to communicate (read and write) Mandarin and English, as the job requires the candidates to to liaise with clients from China.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work collaboratively and strong time management such as meet deadlines and target
