Production Executive

As a Production Executive, you'll be the driving force behind smooth operations — ensuring our production lines run efficiently, safely, and up to the highest quality standards. This isn't just about supervising a process — it's about shaping how our products reach the world.

What You'll Do

• Maximize the use of resources (people + machines) to hit production goals.
• Oversee dispensing, mixing, filling, and packaging — always in line with GMP standards.
• Train, guide, and support production staff to perform at their best.
• Recommend process improvements that boost quality and efficiency.
• Ensure documentation, validations, and line clearance checks are done right .
• Troubleshoot production issues, find root causes, and fix them fast.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies to keep everyone protected.
• Work closely with Quality Control & Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
