- Warganegara Malaysia sahaja
- 18tahun -35 tahun sahaja
- Boleh bekerja shift
- Berdisiplin, amanah, dan mempunyai sikap kerja yang baik
- Mempunyai pengalaman dalam jawatan tersebut atau fresh graduate amat dialukan untuk mohon
Responsibilities
WORK TASK SUPERVISOR :
To ensure day to day operations and food preparation are carried smoothly in according to company SOP.Responsible in providing a good quality services to the customers.Ensure kitchen and sitting area is conducive, safe and comfortable.Collaborate with the management and AEON management.Train new staff.Keeps work area clean and organize.Manage and monitor staff productivity and performance.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Make sure sales & stock analysis is tally every day.Ensure all raw materials in good quality upon serving to customer.Conduct interview for kitchen helper position.Recording and updating halal matters (pest control & audit).Attend to customer complaint and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.Work according to shift and arrange staff schedule.Any ad-hoc tasks required by immediate superior or the Management.Benefits
