Location : Seri Kembangan
Working Arrangement : Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5pm); Sat (once in a month, 8.30am-12.30pm)
Remuneration package : Basic salary (RM3,000 ~ RM3,500) + Uncapped monthly commission (average ~RM2,000)
Product : hygiene-related products (portable toilets, sanitation cabins, and cleaning solutions)
Duties & Responsibilities : -
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Promote Company's range of products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and event sectors
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high service satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Submit timely sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
Requirements : -
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in industrial or B2B sectors.Prior exposure to hygiene-related products or services is highly preferred.Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits. Possess own transport.Mandarin speaker would be preferred due to interaction with Taiwan, China customers (can also consider other race if they can speak, read Chinese well)Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independentlyJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
