Product Engineer (E&E)

Responsibilities

• Product Lifecycle Management – Lead and coordinate the full product lifecycle, from New Product Introduction (NPI) through pilot builds to mass production, ensuring smooth transitions and successful launches.
• Factory & Supplier Collaboration – Work closely with EMS partners to break down manufacturing tasks, set up production lines, and drive improvements across electronics, mechanical, process, and testing functions.
• Production Readiness & Quality – Oversee pilot production trials, manage fixture / equipment evaluations, and ensure functional testing, process validation, and technical reviews are in place for reliable production output.
• Mass Production Support – Monitor output and delivery performance, manage production changes, resolve technical issues, and drive cost-reduction initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Reporting & Improvements – Act as the liaison between headquarters and EMS partners, identifying issues, recommending solutions, and driving continuous improvement across teams
