The successful candidate will have solid expertise in marine insurance, with a particular focus on hull or cargo. As a Marine Broker / Manager , you will manage a portfolio of marine accounts across the region, cultivate strong client relationships, and deliver tailored insurance solutions to meet clients’ needs.

The Role

This is a regional Placing & Producing Marine Broking role , responsible for developing and servicing a diverse portfolio of clients across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing existing marine accounts
• Developing new client relationships through referrals, soft networking, and industry engagement
• Providing technically sound, advice-led insurance solutions tailored to client requirements
• Contributing to long-term succession planning and progressing toward a future leadership role
