Must be able to communicate with Mandarin speaking customer
Work Location : Singapore (next to Lavender MRT)
Work Hours : Monday to Friday - 8AM to 5 : 30PM

As a Admin / Customer Service Support for us, you will be : -
Handling pre and post-course registrationHandling paperwork before, during, and after a courseCommunicate effectively with clients regarding payment terms and deadlinesReply to customers' enquiries on course information / customer complaints, and feedback to the Stakeholders.Prepare and file documentsMake accurate customer and sales data entry into the systemProvide administrative support to the teamOther ad hoc duties as assignmentsThe ideal candidate for us is someone who : -
Is passionate and effective in admin work & processes.Has experience with customer service or is passionate about learning and developing in this area.Possesses a Diploma or qualification equivalent and above.Able to communicate with Chinese clients in mandarin languageWilling to relocate to Singapore officeSuccessful candidates will have to undergo a 3-day training course in Singapore, where we will provide you with the training you need to excel in this role We shall bear the costs of your travelling.
