Job description

Collaborate with technical experts, product teams, business development team, internal solution and delivery team, partners, and vendors to translate complex IT concepts into accessible, engaging content for business and technical audiences.

Develop, write, and edit persuasive and customized proposals, RFP / RFI responses, presentations, and capability statements.

Ensure proposals are aligned with branding, tone, and messaging standards.

Maintain and update a content library of reusable proposal assets, templates, and boilerplate content.

Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple proposal simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Support business development efforts with marketing collateral such as case studies, whitepapers, and executive summaries.

Proofread and fact-check all written materials for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
