About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Content Writer who can craft compelling, audience-first content while mentoring junior writers. This is not just about writing — it’s about shaping narratives, building brand voices, and creating content that drives engagement and results across multiple platforms.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to produce impactful content, while also guiding less experienced writers to raise the overall standard of output.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver high-quality written content across digital platforms (blogs, websites, social media, newsletters, campaigns)

Shape and maintain a consistent brand tone and voi ce across all channels

Research and write engaging, SEO-friendly content that resonates with target audiences

Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure content supports campaign goals

Mentor junior writers, providing feedback and guidance to elevate team output

Edit, proofread, and fact-check content to ensure accuracy and clarity

Work with analytics teams to evaluate content performance and refine strategies

Brainstorm and contribute ideas for content campaigns and storytelling approaches

Stay updated with industry trends, social media algorithms, and SEO best practices

Ensure all content aligns with digital best practices and accessibility standards

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional content writing experience in digital, marketing, or media environments

Strong portfolio showcasing published work across different content types and industries

Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members

Proficiency with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot CMS, or similar)

Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and social media platforms

Strong grasp of grammar, tone, and storytelling for different audiences

Excellent time management and project coordination skills
