Senior Business Analyst

Main Responsibilities

Understanding business requirements and translating them into functional conception, test description and execution of system tests. Develop and document detailed business and functional requirements for IT projects involving Java / Angular applications and COBOL systems. Support departments in functional and technical problem analysis in day-to-day operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, project managers) to deliver solutions that meet business needs. Identify and analyze business processes within banking and finance to recommend improvements and optimizations. Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT projects. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements in banking and finance. Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology and / or Finance / Banking. Certifications are a plus (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMP, etc.). Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT development within the banking and finance industry; asset servicing experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of project development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Familiarity with technologies such as Java, COBOL, and Angular; knowledge of SQL. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and test repositories (e.g., Squash). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication and teamwork abilities. Culture and Benefits
