What are we looking for?

  • Pleasant personality with good communication, written and oral skills in English
  • Ability to converse & write in additional language or dialect, such as, Mandarin or Cantonese will be an advantage
  • Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline or SPM / STPM / IGCSE or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience
  • Preferably min 1year experience in Contact Centre, experience in hospitality / Online Travel Agency and customer service
  • Computer literate and internet savvy.
  • Positive attitude and a team player with passion in delivering World Class customer service.
  • Willing to work in a shift environment (24 / 7 operations)
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards

Responsibilities

  • Receive industry-best training that will equip you with soft and technical skills for the role.
  • Gain confidence in meeting and exceeding the expectations of our global customers.
  • Get comfortable in handling emails and calls and potentially chats
  • Be part of our multilingual sales-oriented service team supporting our customers on their Reservations and Loyalty Program Queries
