Quality Assurance Manager (Listed Company - Food Manufacturing)

To ensure quality objectives and product performance are met through constant monitoring and improvement of internal and external requirements. Working with stakeholders in the plant to drive continuous improvement of product safety and quality, GMP control, manage process control, risk management, compliance to regulatory requirements and customer expectations. Review, develop and maintain a systematic approach for SOPs, records and product specifications to enhance quality efficiency and performance at plant. Ensure all timely and consistent corrective and preventive measures are well addressed and implemented of in-process non-conformance, customer complaint and auditing (internal & external) with appropriate and quick respond manner to address root cause and proper solutions. Follow up and update management on the progress and effectiveness of the action plan on timely basis. Establishing and maintaining quality control measures throughout the production process, from raw material sourcing to finished product distribution, to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards. To lead and motivate the subordinate to ensure that the team is competent and capable to perform their routines in meet quality management system and management expectations. Providing training and guidance to staff on quality assurance principles, procedures, and best practices to ensure a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of product safety and quality in collaboration with plant stakeholders.
• Manage GMP control, process control, risk management, regulatory compliance, and customer expectations.
• Review, develop and maintain SOPs, records and product specifications to improve quality efficiency and performance.
• Implement timely corrective and preventive actions for in-process non-conformance, customer complaints, and audits (internal & external); address root cause and provide solutions; report progress and effectiveness to management.
• Establish and maintain quality control measures throughout production, from raw materials to finished product distribution.
• Lead and motivate the team to meet quality management system requirements and management expectations.
• Provide training and guidance on quality assurance principles, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
