QA Manager

Overview

To ensure quality objectives and product performance are met through constant monitoring and improvement of internal and external requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders in the plant to drive continuous improvement of product safety and quality, GMP control, manage process control, risk management, compliance to regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
• Review, develop and maintain a systematic approach for SOPs, records and product specifications to enhance quality efficiency and performance at plant.
• Ensure all timely and consistent corrective and preventive measures are well addressed and implemented of in-process non-conformance, customer complaint and auditing (internal & external) with appropriate and quick respond manner to address root cause and proper solutions. Follow up and update management on the progress and effectiveness of the action plan on timely basis.
• Establishing and maintaining quality control measures throughout the production process, from raw material sourcing to finished product distribution, to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.
• To lead and motivate the subordinate to ensure that the team is competent and capable to perform their routines in meet quality management system and management expectations.
• Providing training and guidance to staff on quality assurance principles, procedures, and best practices to ensure a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
