Job descriptionCreate compelling & trendy content for all digital channels with hands‑on production and editing & ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines. Work closely with agencies, external content creators, influencers & models for any content production. Ideate, plan, script, and produce video content, including editing and post‑production. Create graphics, images, and other multimedia assets to support content initiatives. Grow the brand's fan base with through multiple platforms which include but not limit to social media, CRM program, brand ambassador program etc. Develop marketing & communication plans and strategies to meet company objectives. Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, etc.). Execute on ATL & BTL & TTL marketing with media buying practice. Work closely with both internal & external stakeholders to coordinate marketing efforts & production. Provide support and marketing materials to internal departments as needed. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Analyse & summarise data to develop insights and inform marketing strategies. Track and analyse marketing campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimise results. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and present findings to management. Proficiency in managing social pages (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & XHS.). Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
