Overview Join our dynamic sales team in the FMCG industry! We’re looking for a
Channel Sales Executive
with a strong background in sales execution and field leadership.
What You’ll Do
Support and implement sales strategies set by management
Manage returns and blocked orders in line with company policies
Monitor aging reports and drive collection efforts
Lead coverage planning with Channel Reps to optimize route efficiency
Coordinate marketing programs with Trade Marketing
Distribute POSM materials and ensure execution in trade
Conduct field coaching and supervise team performance
Oversee new customer onboarding and account management
Run weekly team meetings and annual appraisals
Ensure timely submission of sales reporting documents
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or higher in any field
Minimum 3 years\' sales experience, ideally in FMCG
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
Able to work independently and in a team
Own transport required
Confident, energetic, and able to thrive in a competitive environment
Comfortable communicating with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
