The Communications Platform team aims to empower and provide delightful communication experiences for our consumers and partners. We handle everything from ensuring our underlying comms delivery systems are stable and reliable, the internal tools for marketing and ops to create campaigns, the intelligent optimization layers, and all of our two‑way comms channels. It's a large and exciting scope that touches every part of Grab.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst for Communications Platform team to help Product teams be more data‑driven and objective and guide the design of controlled experiments :

• You will work closely with different teams within a business line (Product, Business, Engineering, Design and Data Science) to understand data requirements, identify key metrics, and provide data‑driven insights.
• You will also work with stakeholders to evaluate the feasibility of new business / product ideas and provide appropriate recommendations.
• You will report to the Product Analytics Manager, and work onsite at the Grab Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office.
