Role Description

At Respond.io, product partnerships power our innovation and expansion. We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Product Partnership Manager to strengthen strategic relationships with key partners like Meta and TikTok — enabling new features, integrations, and joint programs that elevate our platform and ecosystem.

You’ll act as the bridge between Respond.io and our product partners , aligning strategy, execution, and communication across teams. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who combines relationship management, analytical thinking, and product acumen to drive impact through partner collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Respond.io and product partners, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and relationship growth.
• Analyze and share partner updates, programs, and opportunities , advising on their strategic and technical relevance.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute partner-driven product initiatives, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
• Own and manage partnership projects end-to-end — from planning and execution to reporting and iteration.
• Establish and improve collaboration and escalation frameworks for seamless partner communication and operational transparency.
• Escalate and follow through on technical or user-related issues with partners, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support contract and agreement reviews with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance.
• Compile and present partner feedback, data insights, and performance metrics to inform strategy and product priorities.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and partnership decks to communicate achievements, insights, and proposals.
• Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape and execute long-term partnership strategy.
