What You’ll Be Doing

• Solution Development & Integration : Design and develop custom Power Apps to streamline workflows and improve user experiences. Build and maintain Power Automate flows to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency. Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to support real-time insights and decision-making. Create and manage Power Virtual Agents to enable self-service and conversational automation. Integrate solutions with Microsoft Copilot and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with departmental champions to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Provide training, documentation, and support to end users and stakeholders.
• Governance & Continuous Improvement : Stay current with Power Platform updates and best practices, proactively recommending improvements.
