Responsibilities
- Support The Client PM on data centre newbuild and fitout projects
- Act as the technical POC for local teams and connect with cross functional teams (Engineering and IT Operations Teams)
- Support Regional PM for end-to-end responsibility from planning to handover of the fit out works on site
- Resolve issues promptly based on technical requirements or escalate accordingly
- Ensure work is performed safely with high quality of workmanship
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders about project goals and updates
- Coordinate teams across different offices and time zones
- Report on project progress and maintain stakeholder engagement
- Facilitate Kick off Meetings, progress reviews and conduct Site-walks
- Resolve critical issues while adhering to timelines and budgets
Qualifications
Bachelor in Telecommunication Engineering with at least 10 years of experience. At least 5 years’ experience in the fieldProven track record in a similar position, with a strong background in Telecommunication engineering in Refinery Petrochemical / Chemical / Power / Pharmaceutical Plant or Data Center ProjectsKnowledge in international codes & standardsHave extensive experiences in Telecommunication System Design (e.g. PA / GA, Telephone, Talk-Back, WAN / LAN, CCTV, Radio (Tower / Antenna, UHF, VHF, VoIP, DTRS), Access Control, Network IT, Security and Control Systems)Ability to Managing multiple parties, vendors, stakeholders and priorities with various milestonesAbility to detail orientate and organize in your approach to project managementAbility to think, analyze and problem solve in high pressure situationsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks to complete within specified deadlinesFlexible approach and able to work under pressure with a can-do attitude and a desire to winAbility to promote an open and informal communication environment that aims at growing mutual trust and teamworkHighly motivated, well organized, resourceful, and proactivePossess good interpersonal skills with good written and spoken in EnglishAbout Us
