Must maintain high standards of hygiene and presentable appearance. Knowledge of AutoCAD (ACAD) is an added advantage. Possess own transportation. Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (no prior experience required, training will be provided.)
We are seeking motivated and responsible Operation Supervisor / Engineer to join our team in managing and expanding our laundry operations. This is a great opportunity for both experienced individuals and fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow with us.
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily laundry operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resources utilization.
- Supervise the setup of new laundry outlets.
- Prepare and submit daily operation reports to management.
- Ensure all equipment and machines are properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints by providing effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Head of Department or technical support team for regular maintenance and repairs.
