Operation Supervisor

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily laundry operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resources utilization.
• Supervise the setup of new laundry outlets.
• Prepare and submit daily operation reports to management.
• Ensure all equipment and machines are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints by providing effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Head of Department or technical support team for regular maintenance and repairs.
