Job descriptionDrafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents such as sale and purchase agreements, loan agreements, and other property-related contracts Conducting legal research and due diligence to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Providing legal advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process Liaising with various stakeholders, including clients, real estate agents, and financial institutions Maintaining accurate records and files to ensure efficient case management Staying up-to-date with changes in property law and industry best practices Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in law & called to the Bar 0 to 3 years PQE Strong understanding of property law, including land registration, mortgages, and related regulations Self-motivated, meticulous, committed and able to work independently Possess own transport Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia Able to work as a team Provide administrative support to the legal team Prepare and process legal documents related to conveyancing matters Manage and update client files and maintain accurate records Work efficiently under pressure and multi-task as required Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Prior working experience in a related field is an advantage Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is essential; experience with Corematter is an added advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia A team player with a positive work ethic and willingness to learn Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Supportive and inclusive work environment Opportunities for career advancement Office located in Bangsar South , a prime commercial hub
