• Prepare sales-related documents such as reporting and analysis (quotations / sales orders / material forecasts, etc.)
• Liaise with internal departments for product delivery, operational challenges & sales related matters
• Manage customer requests, feedback, complaints & inquiries
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure the delivery of high‑quality service
• Involve in continuous process improvement
