As a senior leader within Global Operations, you will oversee Lam Manufacturing Malaysia, our largest and most strategic site and play a critical role in driving operational excellence and regional expansion.

Reporting to the Site General Manager, you will lead factory operations and collaborate with global stakeholders across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Finance, and Order Fulfillment. Your leadership will be instrumental in building a resilient organization that consistently delivers on Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery while shaping the future of Lam’s manufacturing footprint in Asia.

What You’ll Do

• Lead factory operations across Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality, instilling a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement through strategic transformation initiatives and long-term operational roadmaps.
• Partner with the Site General Manager to execute site strategy, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and growth objectives.
• Collaborate with global factories and pilot operations to support product and technology transitions and ramp-ups.
• Develop and implement succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline and ensure long-term organizational success.
• Champion Lam’s values and culture, fostering engagement, trust, and collaboration across all levels.
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences from factory floor to senior executives, with clarity, confidence, and strategic insight.
• Advocate for employee wellness and inclusion, reinforcing LMM’s reputation as a workplace of choice.
• Serve as an active member of the global Manufacturing leadership team, sharing best practices and supporting enterprise-wide risk mitigation.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
