Responsibilities

• Direct report to Southern Region Manager
• Responsible for sales activities within the Southern Region, covering both new business development (50%) and existing account management (50%)
• Identify, approach, and secure new B2B customers across industrial and commercial sectors
• Initiate and coordinate the development of an action plan on marketing strategy
• Create brand awareness to consultant / client
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
• Prepare and present sales proposals, assist Estimator in quotations, and tenders to clients
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to provide customized solutions for clients
• Learn technical knowledge on electrical and mechanical circuit drawing
