Responsibilities
- Direct report to Southern Region Manager
- Responsible for sales activities within the Southern Region, covering both new business development (50%) and existing account management (50%)
- Identify, approach, and secure new B2B customers across industrial and commercial sectors
- Initiate and coordinate the development of an action plan on marketing strategy
- Create brand awareness to consultant / client
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Prepare and present sales proposals, assist Estimator in quotations, and tenders to clients
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to provide customized solutions for clients
- Learn technical knowledge on electrical and mechanical circuit drawing
