Overview

• Responsible for the individual budget production achievement and portfolio mix.
• Recruitment and retention of agents.
• Maximizing business support from agents through regular servicing and visitations.
• Expand the branch’s business through multi-channelled marketing (inclusive Motor Franchise and Direct corporate clients).
• Supervise and conduct training for agents.
• Provide marketing and technical support to agents.
• Gather market feedback on competitors’ activities.
• Acceptance of risks in compliance with Underwriting Standing Order.
• Monitor acceptance of risks of agents.
• Monitoring Underwriting results of agents.
• Collection of premiums in compliance with Credit Control Policy.
• Preparation of yearly budgets.
• Resolve and escalate operation issues emanating from agents.
• Managing document flow between agents and company.
