Responsibility

Below are the key responsibilities of Operation Support,

Monitor and track daily sales & service records

Resolve operational issues (delays, obstacles)

Drive process improvements for smoother operations

Coordinate monthly provider training & briefings

Assist in generating insurance quotations from provider systems
