About the Role

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Position : Project Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main liaison with developers and key stakeholders
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for residential property projects – both locally and overseas
Drive and monitor sales performance for assigned projects
Coordinate launch strategies, roadshows, exhibitions, and digital campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams and international offices to ensure brand and campaign consistency

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate project marketing

Strong understanding of the real estate market and campaign execution

Proven track record in delivering sales results and managing developer relationships

Proactive, well‑organized, and able to work independently under pressure

Excellent communication skills
