PARADIGM EVENT & MICE SDN BHD. is seeking an experienced and talented Event Coordinator or Event Executive to join our dynamic team in Butterworth , Penang. This full‑time role will be responsible for coordinating and executing a diverse range of events, from corporate conferences to high‑profile galas and beyond. What you’ll be doing

• Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on‑site event management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to conceptualise and deliver unique, engaging event experiences for our clients.
• Handle event logistics, such as event schedules, event collateral, and attendee management.
• Provide exceptional client service, ensuring seamless event delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on event performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support the teamwork and development of team members.
