Overview
Develop and maintain PM schedules based on equipment specifications and historical data. Ensure timely execution of PM activities with proper coordination across departments.
Your Role
- Regular inspections, adjustments, and servicing of equipment to ensure smooth operation and prevent potential issues. Identify wear and tear before it causes breakdown.
- Prepare maintenance reports, downtime analysis, and improvement proposals.
- Identify opportunities to optimize maintenance tasks to reduce cost, time, and equipment wear.
- Maximize communications delegations to subordinates and follow up to ensure instructions are understood and carried out.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and propose long-term solutions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, PM checklists, and history logs.
Your Profile
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic or relevant with minimum 5 years working experience in plating industry is advantageous.Understanding of equipment components and maintenance requirements.Conducting regular equipment inspections and assessments.#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
