Are you passionate about HR and ready to lead in a fully remote environment? As the Remote HR Leader at Energy1 Asia, you'll shape our human resource strategies while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, you'll drive recruitment, performance management, training, and development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition : Rather than recruit for the usual dinosaur job titles, do you enjoy the challenge of mixing and matching talent for the myriad of new job titles emerging in the digital age?
- Performance Management : Do you have what it takes to design and build a new division KPI from scratch?
- Engagement Maestro : Lucky draw, team games, townhall, and more—do you have even more ideas to keep everyone engaged?
- HR Metrics Maven : Only by looking at past mistakes and data can we find the right direction to move forward. Do you agree?
- HR Leadership : First, you start on your own, then you build and grow. Challenging, isn't it?
