Responsibilities

• Fulfillment Processes : Create Purchase Orders (POs) referencing agreed-upon terms, process purchasing requisitions through inventory planning and procurement systems, escalate supplier issues, and engage suppliers to confirm pricing, delivery, and terms in collaboration with sourcing teams.
• Transactional Support And Stakeholder Collaboration : Process Change Order requests and PO confirmations; manage overdue receipts and PO approvals; reschedule deliveries based on demand changes; collaborate with Accounts Payable and Receiving to reconcile issues; identify and resolve transactional issues; manage stakeholder collaboration (spoken and written) with Taiwan (Traditional Chinese), China (Simplified Chinese), and Japan.
• Functional and Project Support : Engage procurement leadership and cross-functional clients to drive best practices and continuous process improvement; communicate with stakeholders about outstanding orders, new part requests, and vendor requests; support development and improvement of procurement processes; analyze performance gaps, diagnose root causes, and recommend solutions; maintain and share knowledge of procurement processes and provide mentoring.
• Procurement Program Support : Process data request forms for procurement databases; provide data management support for supplier qualification; administer regional Purchasing Card program, including training, card issuance, payment assurance, and auditing.
