Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor and develop the Warehouse / Store Planning team, setting priorities and providing directions to meet deadlines.
• Oversee the planning and execution of work orders, addressing any delays or changes in scope and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
• Take charge of planning and leading NPI / Project Transfer activities within assigned scopes.
• Act as the main liaison between Warehouse and other teams to ensure seamless material flow and project success.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within planning processes, leading initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce delays and enhance productivity
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including Senior Management and cross-functional teams to align planning activities with business priorities and provide clear project updates.
• Participate in capacity discussions, aligning resources with future needs to maintain smooth project execution.
• Manage the KPI, systems accuracy and timeliness of planning data updates in the system (e.g., ERP, SAP), ensuring compliance for audits and reporting.
• Take on special projects or ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by Management and contributing to broader departmental goals and strategic initiatives.
• Provide leadership and direction on ad‑hoc projects as assigned by Superior.
