Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor and develop the Warehouse / Store Planning team, setting priorities and providing directions to meet deadlines.
- Oversee the planning and execution of work orders, addressing any delays or changes in scope and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
- Take charge of planning and leading NPI / Project Transfer activities within assigned scopes.
- Act as the main liaison between Warehouse and other teams to ensure seamless material flow and project success.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within planning processes, leading initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce delays and enhance productivity
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including Senior Management and cross-functional teams to align planning activities with business priorities and provide clear project updates.
- Participate in capacity discussions, aligning resources with future needs to maintain smooth project execution.
- Manage the KPI, systems accuracy and timeliness of planning data updates in the system (e.g., ERP, SAP), ensuring compliance for audits and reporting.
- Take on special projects or ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by Management and contributing to broader departmental goals and strategic initiatives.
- Provide leadership and direction on ad‑hoc projects as assigned by Superior.
Educational / Certification Requirement
Minimum : Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in planning role within warehouse or manufacturing industry.Preferred : Certifications in project management, supply chain management (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma).Experience Requirement
Leadership & Team Development : Ability to lead and motivate the Store Planning team, ensuring their growth and alignment with business objectives.Project Management : Strong project management skills, with proven experience leading NPI and Project Transfer initiatives.Problem‑Solving : Analytical thinker with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or operational efficiency.Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Strong communication skills for coordinating between departments and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.ERP & Data Management : Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).Adaptability & Strategic Focus : Ability to balance operational tasks with long‑term strategic planning, adjusting to changing business priorities.Ultra Clean Technology is proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer.
