Responsibilities

• Run and support automated EC motor production lines (max. 2 lines) and solve any adhoc issues in production, including maintenance and adjustments of machines to achieve defined quality and output.
• Operate automated production lines independently, performing roles similar to operator, POUP, line leader and maintenance technician for manual assembly lines.
• Sustain the highly automated EC motor lines with OEE of 85% and above.
• Responsible for model changeover including machine setup and parameter changes.
• Responsible for performing machine troubleshooting whenever necessary.
• Responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance of the lines including spare parts.
• Responsible for 1st article confirmation at the beginning of the shift and after every changeover.
• Responsible for raw material ordering and replenishing of raw material to machines during production.
• Responsible for 1st level failure analysis of reject parts or components from production line to identify process or supplier related issue for failures.
• Responsible to confirm non‑conformance part and perform inspection and rework activity whenever necessary.
• Responsible for relevant production KPIs of the line e.g. hourly output, OEE, FOR, quality target.
• Assist new line setup with machine suppliers, other maintenance technicians, process, and human‑resource teams.
• Support continuous improvement of autonomous and preventive maintenance checklist.
• Support training of new EC motor line technicians whenever necessary.
• Support samples build in production and pilot run activities for new models.
• Participate in daily morning meeting and actively support with line improvement activities.
• Perform other ad‑hoc tasks as and when required / assigned by superior.

Competency must be certified by Electrical Commission (ST) for technicians who are required to exclusively handle electrical installation for the production lines and machines which are operated by an incoming power supply of not more than 415 VAC – single phase / three phase or both.
